¿Qué es la experiencia laboral calificada (QWE)?
Todos los candidatos que deseen calificar como abogado en Inglaterra y Gales a través de la ruta SQE deben completar dos años de experiencia laboral calificada a tiempo completo (o equivalente). Requisitos QWE
- Must involve providing real legal services (not simulated)
- Minimum exposure to two competencies from the Statement of Solicitor Competence
- Two years full-time or equivalent duration
- Can be gained in paid or voluntary work
- Can be accumulated across up to four organisations
- Can be gained in England/Wales or overseas
- Must be confirmed by a solicitor of England and Wales or Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP)
