什麼是實務經驗（QWE）？
所有希望通過SQE途徑在英格蘭和威爾士取得事務律師資格的候選人，都必須完成兩年全職（或同等）的實務經驗。QWE為有志成為事務律師的人士提供法律工作的實踐經驗，以及發展所需能力的機會。QWE可在參加SQE評估之前、期間或之後獲得，並可在最多四個不同的機構累積。
QWE要求
- Must involve providing real legal services (not simulated)
- Minimum exposure to two competencies from the Statement of Solicitor Competence
- Two years full-time or equivalent duration
- Can be gained in paid or voluntary work
- Can be accumulated across up to four organisations
- Can be gained in England/Wales or overseas
- Must be confirmed by a solicitor of England and Wales or Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP)
